01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 786gam ("786gam", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 786gam website located at https://786gam.net and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

By accessing the 786gam platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 786gam platform.

786gam reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 786gam platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older. 786gam strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification checks may be conducted at any point, and 786gam reserves the right to request supporting documentation at its sole discretion.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity, agency, or syndicate for the purpose of professional or arbitrage betting operations without prior written consent from 786gam.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 786gam, nor a close family member of any such person, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ascertain the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

03 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money gaming activity on 786gam, you are required to register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all 786gam account registrations:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 786gam account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• All information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details, must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786gam account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose, or transfer access to your account to any third party under any circumstances.
• 786gam reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
• You must notify 786gam promptly via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

786gam reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, subject to the return of any legitimately held account balance where applicable.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 786gam platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 786gam supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash OTC where available.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 786gam account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the 786gam cashier at the time of transaction. 786gam does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Processing timeframes are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: processed within 1 business day of approval.
• Raast and 1LINK transfers: processed within 1–4 hours of approval during banking hours.

786gam reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Any withdrawal request that triggers an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of that review. You must not attempt to use 786gam's payment infrastructure for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

786gam may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all 786gam bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 786gam reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Not all games on 786gam contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. As a general rule, sports betting typically contributes 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and some slot titles contribute at varying rates.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the specified validity window and are forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe.
• 786gam reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, providing false information, hedging bets, or exploiting promotional loopholes.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 786gam account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or wager on 786gam, you acknowledge and accept the following rules governing gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets placed on 786gam are final once confirmed. 786gam does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error has materially affected the bet's validity, as determined at 786gam's sole discretion.
• 786gam reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly erroneous due to a system error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• All casino games on 786gam use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. 786gam publishes Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table game titles upon request.
• 786gam's cricket betting markets, including PSL, international bilateral series, and ICC tournaments, are governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market type. In-play betting decisions made by 786gam's trading team regarding event validity are final.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the 786gam system logs shall be treated as the authoritative record. Players must raise disputes within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786gam platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the platform through another person's account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the 786gam platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event offered for betting on 786gam.
• Colluding with other players in card games or live casino environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be recovered by 786gam.
• Using the 786gam platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balance will be withheld.

08 Responsible Gaming

786gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under its international gaming licence seriously. 786gam provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spend. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of 786gam.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a structured break from 786gam for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account will be inaccessible for gaming purposes.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 786gam platform — including but not limited to the 786gam brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of 786gam or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 786gam platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 786gam content without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 786gam platform for any commercial purpose.
• Use the 786gam brand name, trademarks, or visual identity in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 786gam's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786gam's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your 786gam account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

786gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of account records due to events beyond 786gam's reasonable control.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications failures.

786gam does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use 786gam at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their devices are equipped with appropriate security software.

11 Privacy & Data

786gam collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and available at /privacy-policy. By registering on 786gam, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

786gam implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. 786gam will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties solely for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

12 Amendments to These Terms

786gam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 786gam will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 786gam platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 786gam's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 786gam's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the terms of 786gam's gaming licence.

786gam's internal complaints procedure is as follows: submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the dispute, your account information, and any supporting evidence. 786gam will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final internal resolution within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate rights.
